Platinum Residence consists of two 12-storey sections and a guarded adjoining territory, in 2 underground levels there is a parking lot for 46 parking spaces. With a total of 147 apartments, the availability of parking is below average. The adjacent territory is fenced, ennobled with benches and green spaces, a recreation area and a playground. At the heart of the house is a monolithic frame and aerated concrete walls. Mineral basalt wool was used to insulate the walls during construction. Platinum Residence is heated by an individual roof boiler room; the apartments are equipped with radiators of the German brand Kermi. Also, at the time of commissioning, all the rough work will be completed in the apartments of the complex: plastering on the walls, screed on the floor, thermal and sound insulation, cable entry for television, Internet, telephone and intercom. The developers are installing a Sagan armored entrance door, aluminum windows and fire detectors in each apartment. Utility meters will be located on the floor.
